I saw these on a wedding blog where a couple had taken photos with them for thank you cards and such and thought they were awesome, so I made my own!
— Heavy Card Stock
— Dowels (you could also you popsicle sticks or anything that’d be a good handle)
— Ribbon (or something like it for adornment if you wish)
I made these signs in Word, using Rosewood Std Regular (size 300 for “Mr/Mrs” and size 150 for “thank you”) and Freebooter Script (size 82). Those are both fonts that you can download for free. The clip art is Victorian filigree that I also found free online through some google searching. After printing them out on 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock, I put two sheets together (you need a blank piece for the back) and trimmed along the edges. Then I smeared paste all over once side and added some tacky glue on the dowel for reinforcement before putting both sheets together with the dowel in the center. Then I tied a narrow ribbon in my main wedding color and voila! Wedding photo prop sign with a vintage feel! Such an easy project that will look fabulous in photos!
